Kenapa girls perlu belajar memasak??

Assalamualaikum...
selamat hari khamis semua..
hari khamis? eyh hari nih adamaya episod akhir jangan lupa tengok semua..
penting!!!

walaupun semua itu dah xdiukur lagi, tapi i love cooking!!! Belajar resepi2 baru, try new dishes..it's so much fun!
n here are some reasons to learn cook anyway...

1. Perbelanjaan lagi murah daripada makan di luar.
The money you spend on groceries won’t come anywhere near what you’ll spend eating out every night, trust me! Plus, you can take left-overs of the yummy meals you prepare to work the next day for lunch. That way, you’ll save money on lunches.

2. Senang untuk berdiet.
If you’re trying to count calories and watch what you eat, then makan kat luar can be a disaster. If you makan what you cook yourself, you akan taw exactly what you’re putting in the dish and how many calories it has.

3. It impresses lelaki.
ok ini penting ye..lelaki suka perempuan yang boleh masak..so kita anak2 gadis sekalian cepat2 lah pi belajaq masak ye untuk masa depan korang jugak..he2

4. It’s healthier than eating from a can.
Anything you’ll eat from a can isn’t going to be nearly as good for you as the same thing you’d cook yourself. Look at the nutrition label, and see how much sodium and fat is in a can. Not only that, but the stuff you make will taste a lot better, too! So find some yummy recipes and get started!

5. Memasak is a hobby.
Daripada kita membuang masa, why not kita isi masa lapang dengan memasak for our family..
it's very interesting and when you're done..your family members will comment your dishes whether sedap or not..if sedap bonus for you and you will feel happy and nak masak lagi lepas nih..isn't this good?

6. It will make your mother proud of you.
You know your mother would love to know you have a talent in the kitchen!

I’m sure there are so many other reasons to learn to cook, but those are the ones that mean the most to me, especially the one about making my mother happy! And cooking in the kitchen was some of the best memories I had.

okeyh toodles! ^-^

As A Student

mid sem exam is coming soon..
are u ready??
NO..im not
STRESS??
NERVOUS??
uh-huh
so, here are the tips that can help calm ur nerves so u can focus on getting an A!
1. Avoid caffeine.
You might think coffee will keep you awake and alert so you can study, but it will only make your jittery and unable to concentrate. Skip the caffeine and drink water instead.
2. Get plenty of sleep.
Don’t stay up late the night before the exam trying to study. Your brain needs sleep and rest before the big day, and feeling tired will only make you more stressed.

3. Exercise.
If you have time, exercise a little before the exam to get your blood flowing and to get rid of any pre-exam jitters you might have.

4. Try yoga.
If you don’t have time to exercise, or you don’t want to, then try some yoga or stretching to help calm you and focus your attention.

5. Watch your breathing.
If you are starting to feel stressed during the exam, close your eyes and focus on your breathing for a few moments. Breathe in deeply through your nose, then blow it out slowly through your mouth. Slow down, and repeat a few times. You’ll feel better, less stressed, and ready to continue.
6. Don’t try everything at once.
Don’t try to start a new diet before an exam. The stress of the exam will make it harder to stick to your new goals, or, worse, trying to stick to your new goals will make you too stressed to even think about taking an exam.

7. Avoid nay-sayers.
Keep away from the people in your class who just want to complain or worry about the exam, rather than study and provide encouragement. They will only bring you down and make you worry, and that’s the last thing you need.

8. Know the details.
When and where is the exam? What do you have to bring? How long will it take, and will you be able to use your textbook or your notes? Make sure you know all of the details, so you don’t have to scramble and stress over them later.

9. Study, but don’t over-do it.
If it’s two days before the exam, chances are, you already know the material. Rather than try to cram everything from the class into the next two days, review your notes to refresh your memory. You’ll be surprised how much you remember on your own.

10. Take breaks.
When you are reviewing or studying, take frequent breaks. Studies have shown that people learn and recall best when they study for twenty minutes, then take a ten-minute break before studying again.
11. Get a study-buddy.
I always learn and remember better with a study-buddy! If I’m confused about something, or just need a little extra encouragement, having a friend right there is a great idea.

12. Be prepared.
Make sure you have the right tools for the exam. Will you need to bring a sheet? Pencils? Erasers? Your textbook, a calculator, notes? Set everything aside so you’ll be prepared before the exam.

13. Know the score.
Find out from your teacher or instructor how much of your final grade is resting on this one exam. Chances are, even if you don’t do as well as you would like on the exam, you can still get a good grade in the class. Knowing this in advance may help take some of the pressure off.

14. Keep a positive attitude.
If you think you’ll do well, chances are, you will. If you think you’ll do poorly, and you keep telling yourself that, you will do poorly. So focus on the things you know you’re doing right, and keep a positive attitude!

15. Eat right.
Make sure to eat a good breakfast on the day of your exam. By good breakfast, I don’t mean an Egg McMuffin or a plate of donuts. The grease and fat from the McMuffin will make you feel heavy and bloated, and the donuts will give you just a brief sugar high. Have a bowl of whole-grain cereal, a banana, and a tall glass of orange juice instead.
n..lastly..
gud luck to me n u...

10 Ways to Make Yourself Feel Happier

.

When was the last time you felt happy? Most people make the mistake of thinking life has to make them happy and when it doesn’t go their way or nothing happens to cheer them up, they wonder why they feel so flat. There are things you can do to keep yourself happy, though. Here’s my list of the top ten ways to make yourself feel happier every day.

1. Be Healthy

Being healthy will ensure you release the right amount of endorphins to make yourself feel good. You’ll feel much better when you’re done!

2. Stop Worrying

Worrying won’t get you anywhere and will just make you unhappy and cause stress. Either do something to fix the problem or forget about it! Some things are out of your hands, and accepting that will make you much happier.

3. Compliment Others

Have you seen a woman with nice hijab, or a girl in a gorgeous dress? Tell them how great they look. You’ll make them feel great, and in turn you’ll feel great too. Make sure you mean it though!

4. Sing

Put your favourite songs on loud and sing along. Singing causes the brain to release chemicals which will make you feel happy, and you’ll have burnt calories and had fun too! Make time for this every day

5. Get a Pet

Petting an animal is supposed to make you feel good and having someone around to talk too and make sure you aren’t lonely is good too.

6. Enjoy the Present

You can’t change the past so let it go and forget the bad times. It’s time to focus on the good times! Give yourself a few minutes every day to let go and you’ll feel much happier.

7. Be assertive

Learn to say no to things you don’t want to do. You don’t need a real reason, just make something up. You’ll be much happier if you aren’t doing a million and one things you don’t want to do.
8. Take photos

Take photographs of everything. Happy and cute pictures cause our brains to remember the times, and feel the same happiness so this usually works even when all else fails! Try to keep your photographs well organized in an album.

9. Buy yourself a present

Buy yourself some chocolates or flowers just because you are great. This is sure to cheer you up. While you are at it, buy some for somebody else and make their day too!

10. Watch a funny video

It never fails to make me laugh, and feel a bit better about the day.

Feeling happy is just a matter of doing things that you enjoy. These simple tips should ensure you feel happy every day, and make you feel fantastic!
